    Pay attention to the food and beverages you consume. I understand that sometimes foods which are not healthy taste better than the healthy ones. However, keep in mind that if you want to live a healthy life, sometimes you will have to sacrifice something and in this case, you will have to let go of those unhealthy foods and start eating the ones recommended for your health.

Make sure that you get enough water as 60% of your body contains water. If you smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol regularly, try to cut it off as they may worsen your disease. You also need to get enough sleep every day
